In short: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason and return the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your cancellation – using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Returns made easy

1. Contact us – email info@minkrealtyllc.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. You can also use the sample cancellation form below.
2. Receive return address – We will respond as quickly as possible and tell you where to send the goods.
3. Return the goods – Please ship the goods no later than 14 days after your cancellation, preferably in the original packaging and with all accessories (e.g., remote control, cables).
4. Receive refund – As soon as we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, we will refund the amount.

Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last good.

inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to the return address we provide after receiving your cancellation without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The period is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Defective or damaged goods

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. In such cases, we will cover the return costs, and you may choose a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this return policy.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund, please contact us.
